To share a document in Document Manager.
Log in to Document Manager from any HandiSoft program (F10).
Locate the document you want to share.
Right-click on the document and left-click Share... in the drop-down menu.
In the Share Document with Clients window, you can locate the clients to share the document with by using the Find, Tagged, Filter or Group buttons at the bottom of the window.
Once you have added the clients to the list, click Save to share the document.
Notes:
To delete a share link, highlight the client in the Share Documents With Clients window and click Delete and Save.
Clients designated in Black already share the document.
Clients designated in Green will share the document when you click Save.
When sharing multiple documents at the same time, clients designated in Red are clients who do not share all the documents.
