The Access Jobflow Manager report builder allows you to save report templates that you have created for future use and copy report templates between users.

Saving report templates:
In Access Jobflow Manager click Reports.
In the Jobflow Report Builder window, create your report template.
Click Save.
In the Save Jobflow Report Profile window, give your report a new unique name then click Save.
Running saved report templates:
To run a saved report in Access JobFlow Manager, click Reports.
In the Jobflow Report Builder window, click Load.
In the Load Jobflow Report Profile window, highlight the applicable report to run and click Ok.
In the Jobflow Report Builder window, click Query to run the report.
Copying a report template to another user:
In Access Jobflow Manager click Reports.
In the Jobflow Report Builder window, click Load.
In the Load Jobflow Report Profile window, highlight the applicable report and click Copy.
In the Copy Job Report Profile window, select the User to copy the report to and click OK.
