HandiTax allows you to process your ATO Assessment Notices directly into HandiTrust, as you enter the data into HandiTax.
Processing your ATO Assessment Notices directly into HandiTrust
From the Client menu, click Assessment Notice.
In the Assessment Notice window, enter the Tax File Number and click OK.
In the Assessment Update window, complete the details.
Tick the box Launch HandiTrust ATO refund transaction.
As you complete the HandiTrust details, the OK button will change to Process.
Click Process to open up the ATO Refund data entry window from HandiTrust.
Complete the ATO Refund window in the normal manner and when completed you will be returned to HandiTax.
Note: De-selecting Launch HandiTrust ATO refund transaction, will change the Process button back to OK, and your ATO assessment notices can be processed by going to the Tools menu in HandiTrust, and clicking on HandiTax Transfer.
