HandiTrust - Allocate the entire refund amount to cover our service fees in HandiTrust

This would be entered as a service fee. A service fee performs two functions in one. It creates a client payment to take the money out of the client's card and receipts the money into the firms card.

You can do this by opening HandiTrust and going up to Input and then Service Fee.
