If this XBRL error occurs, raise a support query using the Digital Assistant in MyAccess portal.
Your assigned support specialist will provide a unique URL to upload the tax data files and PDF error report securely.
To export and send the data to Access Support, follow the steps below:
Log in to HandiTax.
Tag the client and ensure the correct tax return is tagged (and any other related returns e.g. Spouse, beneficiary, trust) in your HandiTax program.
Click Client, then click Tag/Untag batches of clients to ensure that no other returns are tagged and click Close once complete.
Go to Tools, Copy tagged clients to disk/email, Disk/Directory and then click Browse. Choose a location to save the files. The files will be called Clients.xxd and Returns.xxd (xx denotes the year of the tax return).
