The electronic lodgment declaration form (Part A) in HandiTax will not appear on a client's tax return if Lodge by Paper is selected in the client's tax form details window. To change this, please follow the steps below:
Log in to HandiTax.
Select the client.
Highlight the tax form and click Edit at the bottom of HandiTax.
Use the drop-down menu in the Tax section and select Lodge by SBR, then click Save.
Go to Options, Tax Form Options.
In the Tax Form Options window, Lodgment Mode, ensure Lodge By SBR is selected, then click OK.
The electronic lodgment form will appear on the client's tax form.
