When attempting to log out of Practice Manager Contact, if the following message arises;

βError: 'May Practice Manager Contact automatically update your status'
Get each user to restart their computer.
Get one user to log back in to Practice Manager Contact to see if the issue is resolved.
If not resolved by the restarting of user computers, please contact your IT to reboot your server.
Note: If you are using HandiSoft Online or the above instructions do not resolve the issue, please raise a new case with support and reference the title of this article. Include the steps taken to produce the error and attach any screen shots necessary.
