Practice Manager Contact - Unable to execute the script error in Practice Manager Contact

When running reports in Practice Manager the following errors may occur:

​Unable to execute the script: View Report (System)
Error: Unable to find script source:
Unable to find: View Report (System): 'RunScript' at line: 1.

Unable to execute the script: View Report (System)
Error: Error setting up interpreter
Symbol is constant: Body TextMedium.

To resolve these errors:

  1. Open File Explorer and navigate to the HSoft/Data folder.

  2. Sort the files by file type.

  3. In the Type column, find the files with the type = REB.

  4. Rename any REB file types in your database, ensuring not to rename any other files. If you do not have any REB files, still continue with the steps below.

  5. Once these have been deleted, you will be able to perform the required rebuild from Practice Manager to resolve the error.

  6. Ensure that all users have all HandiSoft programs closed before proceeding.

  7. One user will open Practice Manager only and go to Tools, Rebuild the Databases, tick Reports, then click Rebuild. Agree to the prompts. Let this be complete.

  8. Once complete, users can re-enter the programs, and the issue should be resolved.
