Practice Manager Contact - Change a user role to Partner or Manager

When an existing staff member needs to be added as Partner or Manager, follow the steps below:

  1. From the View menu, click Users or click the User button on the menu bar.

  2. Select the relevant user and click Edit.

  3. If the user is a partner or manager, select either or both the Partner and Manager checkboxes under User Role.

4. Click Save and Close.
