This issue can occur when the windows scaling is set to a higher number than default which causes the text to overlap in certain areas and windows to be pushed off to the side.
To fix this issue follow the steps below.
Close down any HandiSoft products and right click on the desktop and click Display Settings.
Scroll down the page until you see Scale & Layout.
Change the scale to 100%.
Note: you might have to click Turn off custom scaling and sign out to be able to change this setting if it's greyed out.
