To change this please, complete the following:
Log in to HandiTax.
Select the client and open the tax return and double click on Main Form.
Click on Worksheets.
Scroll down to the item that has hash symbols and double-click on the hash symbols.
Change the style to BodyTextSmall, the font type should now display as Times New Roman.
Click OK.
The number should display correctly now, if it doesn't, reduce the font size again.
Go to File and export the edited report using your preferred file type.
