In HandiLedger reports, hash symbols can appear when the amount is too long for the column width.
The fields in the Fonts window enable you to configure and apply font styles to text in all HandiLedger reports, financials, and documents.
Edit an existing style for all reports
Log in to HandiLedger.
From the Options menu, click Fonts.
Highlight the Font Style name requiring change.
Either type the exact font size or choose a size from the list supplied to a lower point Size.
Click OK.
Note: The smaller the font, the smaller the print size, however, you will fit more text on a line.
Tip: You can change any of the default styles as required. If you accidentally change the default styles, you can click Load Default to load all the default styles as supplied with the program.
Edit font for one report only
Example: The Depreciation Schedule is showing hash symbols, and I want to make changes to this report only.
Open the Depreciation report and double-click on the hash symbols.
Change the size to a smaller number, and click Ok.
You will receive the message 'Do you want to permanently update this font style for all reports?', select No to update the Depreciation Schedule only.
Print or Save the report, then Close.
