Why You Received This Email

Someone has entered your email address in the Forgot Password section for Document Hub. If this wasn’t you or anyone in your practice, you can ignore the email. The person who entered your email won’t receive any information or links to reset your password.

If you want to reset your password, use the link in the email. Otherwise, you can delete the email and keep using your current password.

For added security, you may want to speak with your IT team to review your setup.
