How to resolve GEN.428045 error?

In most tax returns, where applicable, HandiTax will prefill the legal name of the client into the tax return and schedules. This includes the organisation name or individual name.

This error may result where there is a discrepancy with the organisation name. Please check for double spacing or invalid characters in the organisation name. Remove any irregular characters to resolve this error.
