When the end user logs into Document Hub, they may receive the following error:
In Document Manager, the Portal: Documents folder will show, but the Client's name folder will not.
To resolve:
Log in to any HandiSoft program.
Select the Client, click Edit on the middle toolbar to open the Client Details window.
Add a test email address to the client e.g. [email protected]
Under the Related section, in the Document Hub field, click the ellipsis to open the Document Hub Configuration for window.
Select the test email from the dropdown menu and click Save, OK.
Reselect the correct email from the dropdown menu and click Save, OK. This will then resend the activation email to the end user to activate.
Once the end user has activated, check the client folder structure in Document Manager. This should now be showing correctly.
