Document Hub - Deleting documents with a signature request

Documents that have been signed by your clients cannot be deleted from Access Document Hub.

If you require documents removed, please raise a new case with support.

Include the following:

  • Your practice Reference code/Client ID

  • Client Name

  • Client Email address

  • Client Reference code

  • Document Name

Once completed, the support analyst will respond to your case.
