Document Manager - Access violation error when sending documents for signing in Document Manager

Steps to resolve the access violation error when sending documents to the client portal for signing.

When sending documents to the client portal for signing, you may receive the following error:

⚠️Warning: Access violation at address 0000000 in module 'HtNNSQL.exe' or 'HctNNSQL.exe'. Execution of address 00000000.

This error is caused by the Create Reminder Event option being selected in the Direct to Client Portal window. To resolve this, leave the Create Reminder Event option unticked when sending documents for signing.

Resolve the error

To avoid this error when sending documents to the client portal for signing, follow these steps.

  1. Open the Direct to Client Portal window.

  2. Ensure the Create Reminder Event checkbox is not ticked before sending your documents.
