Customer Success Portal - Log cases for different companies for HandiSoft queries in the Customer Success Portal

Log in to Customer Success Portal using your email as the username.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

Once logged in:

  1. From the top left, locate Company account.

  2. Click the action drop-down arrow and select the relevant company you want to view cases for.

  3. You can then:

    • View cases for the selected company.

    • Create new cases.

    • Reply to existing cases where you are listed as a related contact.
