How to import customised reports into HandiTax

If HandiSoft support has provided you with a simple customised report, use below steps to import into HandiTax.

The report file will be attached to the client's support case with the required fields.

  1. Log into Customer Success Portal and open the case.

  2. Go to the Attachments section on the right hand side and click on the attachment.

  3. This will open a new window that has a 'Download' button at the top.

  4. Download the report file and save it to your desktop or a location on your computer.

  5. Open HandiTax, Reports, Edit Reports, New, Import (Select the file from your desktop or saved location) give the report a Name, the Type will be provided by the support consultant depending on the report, Save.

  6. Click Run to run the report.

  • Or from the main HandiTax window, go to Reports, Users Defined Reports, the new report will be shown in the list.
