How to import a custom Client Expression into HandiTax

Your Access Analyst will attach the file to your case, please follow the steps below to complete the import:

  1. Log into Customer Success Portal then open your case.

  2. Download the document and save it to your computer e.g. Desktop.

  3. Open HandiTax, Reports, Client Expressions, New, Import (select the file from your desktop or saved location).

  4. Give the report a Name, the Type (Client) will be provided by the analyst depending on the client expression, Save, Close.

  5. The client expression can then be selected when using Reports or within the Report Builder, under Filter/Expression.
