HandiTax - Show all clients in HandiTax

If you use HandiTax (ODB) and you are unable to see your clients on the main screen, please follow the below steps:

  1. Log in to HandiTax.

  2. Check to see what the Client Type box is set to.

  3. If set to Current or Non-current, change it to All Clients and locate your client.

  4. If after setting to All Clients and you can't locate your client, then the client would have been deleted.

  5. If the client has been deleted, add the client back as a new client with the exact same reference number as before. If the tax return doesn't appear, you will need to restore the client from your backup.
