Instead of deleting clients individually, you can delete all tagged clients in a batch.
Log in to HandiTax.
From the Clients menu, select Batch Delete tagged clients.
Ensure that no other HandiSoft programs are accessing the clients' records to be deleted.
Double-check that all tagged clients and tax forms should be deleted. (Press F6 to view a list of tagged clients and their tax forms).
Click OK to confirm the deletion.
Note: You cannot undo this deletion. If you inadvertently delete the wrong clients, you will have to restore them from a backup.
