The PSS.000042 error can be resolved by resetting the ATO credential in HandiTax.
Log in to HandiTax.
Go to Lodgment, Set ATO Credentials.
Select the credential from the drop-down menu.
Type in the password, then click OK.
Restart HandiTax.
