If the program is stuck on the 'Loading' screen, work through the following troubleshooting methods:
Log in with a different username, eg. 'ADMINISTRATOR'.
Restart the PC.
Run the program as an administrator. Right-click on the executable/shortcut, Run As Administrator.
If you've run any recent updates, ensure the updates have installed correctly.
If you have any Anti-Virus software, ensure the HSoft folder is added to the exceptions list.
Run any outstanding software upgrades.
