In HandiTax, the keystore file is required to allow for the lodgment of tax forms, prefilling of tax return data, and requesting ATO reports.
Move the file to another computer
Navigate to File Explorer.
Locate the machine credential. The ATO's default location is C:\Users\<Users-name>\ App Data\Roaming\ ATOMAS/Keystore-new.xml.
Right-click on the keystore-new.xml, then Copy.
Navigate to a removable device drive and Paste it into this location.
Take the removable device to the other computer.
Copy and Paste the keystore-new.xml file into a location on the hard drive, ie. C:\Desktop.
