HandiTax has a standard expression that will produce a list of clients who have a birthday within the next seven days. However, it may be easier to use the Report Builder, especially where you want to change the number of days.
Using the report builder to run a report for client's birthdays in the next x number of days:
From the Reports menu, click Report Builder.
In the Report Builder window, click the Client Selections tab, and under the Other section complete the Birthday within field and then click Run.
You could run a report showing all individual clients with their date of birth.
- In the Report Builder window go to the Layout & Sorting tab.
- Move Date of Birth to the 'Selected Fields'.
- Choose the filter for 'Individual Clients'.
