Document Hub - Cannot delete a Reserved Folder in Document Hub

When trying to delete a folder in Document Manager, the following error may occur.

Cannot delete a reserved folder

This error will occur when Practice Manager Security is enabled, and the user group does not have permission to Delete folders.
To resolve:

  1. Have the Administrator user log in to Practice Manager Security.

  2. Open the Group the particular user is part of.

  3. Under the Document Manager tab, expand Edit, and the Delete option will be unticked. Tick this option to allow users to delete.
