When trying to open Document Manager, an access violation error may occur.
Complete the following to resolve:
All users close all HandiSoft programs.
One user can open Practice Manager or HandiSoft.
Go to Options, Document Manager, untick Use Document Manager, and click OK.
Go to Options, Document Manager, tick Use Document Manager, and click OK.
Open Document Manager, and the error should be resolved.
If the error still occurs, reinstall the HandiSoft Full Version.
