When trying to delete a folder in Document Manager, the following error may occur.
This error will occur when Practice Manager Security is enabled, and the user group does not have permission to Delete folders.
To resolve:
The Administrator user must log in to Practice Manager Security.
Open the Group the user is a member of.
Under the Document Manager tab, expand Edit, and the Delete option will be unticked. Tick this option to allow users to delete.
