In a few steps, you can export clients from HandiTax desktop to Access Tax.
Log in to HandiTax.
Tag the required client or returns.
Press F6 to ensure no one else is tagged.
Go to Tools - Export to Cloud.
Complete the username/password credentials under the Log In section for HandiTax Cloud.
Choose your options on the right-hand side under Export Items. Only tick the relevant items you want to export into Access Tax.
Under Selection, choose Tagged.
Choose the relevant export options in the bottom left depending on if you want to overwrite or ignore data that already exists in Access Tax.
Press Export.
Note: The only years that are available to export from HandiTax Desktop are 2019 and later, attempting to export years prior to 2019 may result in an error such as: "Access Violation at Address xxxxxxxx in module 'DbxCommonDriver180bpl', read of address xxxxxxxx".
