HandiSoft does not have a function to prevent folders from being moved or documents from being deleted from the HSoft folder. These actions occur in the Windows environment (File Explorer) and are not controlled by HandiSoft.
If you need to restrict folder movement or deletion for specific users, refer to your IT team for applying folder permissions at the Windows level.
