Archive Document Manager documents

Document Manager doesn't have an archive function. However, there are practices that use the Purge functionality that is available.

We suggest that you keep a backup of your DocBase prior to the purge to become your “archived” database.
All users must be closed out of all HandiSoft and Microsoft programs before running the purge.

In Document Manager go to Options, General, to setup the Purge option.
