When the compile button is not compiling your documents:
Open File Explorer and navigate to your HSoft\Doc folder.
Locate and rename the Compile folder to Compile<today's date>.
Create a new folder in this location called Compile.
Log in to Document Manager.
Select View, and then Collated Documents. Ensure this is empty. If anything reflects here, remove it.
Once empty, add a few different documents to collate, and it should now execute correctly.
Note: At times, the issue persists, check if Protected View is not enabled and then collate again.
