HandiTax users may receive the Error: 'Unable to run HSSBR Proxy module - SetSBRCredentials' when:
Setting SBR credentials
Attempting an SBR lodgment
Example:
This message indicates the SBR functionality is not enabled. To use the SBR functionality carry out the following instructions:
Close and reopen HandiTax.
The following message will display when the dependencies are not installed on the computer.
Click Yes to install the dependencies. A PDF file will provide information on how to install the dependencies, click Setting Up SBR.
The dependencies are successfully installed when HandiTax opens without the above message.
