In HandiLedger, if the client list is missing or didn't rollover after an installation, and you don't have HandiTax to assist with the rollover from the previous year, follow the instructions below:
Ensure the Client Type above the list of client is set to All Clients.
Go to the Help menu, and click About.
Check if the location of the installation path is correct. If it is, go to Step 3.
If it's wrong, reinstall Handisoft to the right location.
Browse to HSoft folder.
Rename Clients.yy. Tip: yy to be denoted with the current year of the software in that format from the Data folder. For example: Clients.22 to OldClients.22
Reinstall Handisoft.
