HandiTax - Automate cover page data entry in HandiTax

To automate the data entry of your clients' phone numbers and email addresses, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to HandiTax.

  2. Go to Options, and then click Tax Form Options.

  3. In the Automatic section, select the options for automatic input.

  4. Click OK.

  • Day time phone no: Select this checkbox to insert the client's telephone number automatically into the Daytime Contact Number field in the tax return. HandiTax will search for the client's phone number in this order:

    • B - Business.

    • H - Home.

    • A - All use.

  • Mobile phone no: Select this checkbox to insert the client's mobile telephone number automatically into the Your mobile phone number field in the individual tax return.

  • Email address: Select this checkbox to automatically insert the client’s default email address into the Your email address field in the individual tax return.
