HandiTax - Address doesn't reflect on the Cover page in HandiTax

When your client's address details are updated from a PO Box to an All Purpose or Street Address, the cover page of the tax return may still show the old address.

  1. Log in to HandiTax.

  2. Go up to Options and then Front Cover defaults, ensure Address under Agent Information is unticked.

  3. Click OK to close the window.

  4. Select the client and open the tax return.

  5. Open the Cover page and manually delete the address, and then click Save. HandiTax will then automatically complete the new address.
