ATO SBR error GEN.430019 refers to the PAYG PSS (Payment Summary schedule) must be present if Gross payments where ABN not quoted are present.
ATO SBR error GEN.430058 refers to tax withheld where ABN not quoted must be present. Further, if either Primary production or Non-primary production Gross payments where ABN not quoted are greater than zero, then an amount at Tax withheld where ABN not quoted must be present.
To resolve the error:
For GEN.430019 the item Gross payments where ABN not quoted has been completed (item 5D), a Payment Summary schedule must be present.
For GEN.430058 either Primary production or Non-primary production Gross payments where ABN not quoted are greater than zero (item 5), therefore the item Tax withheld where ABN not quoted (Item 6) must be present.
