If you are logging into HandiSoft Online using the browser, or Amazon Appstream and receive the following error: 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object', please make sure you've clicked on Activate from your Invitation email within 24 hours of receiving it.
If it's been longer than 24 hours, please ask your Administrator to resend the invitation.
