HandiRegister - Invalid user ID or password and Too many failed login attempts, account locked in HandiRegister

When lodging HandiRegister forms to ASIC, you may experience the following:

  • EDGE error - D01 - Invalid user ID or password.

  • EDGE error - D03 - Too many failed login attempts, account LOCKED.

To resolve, contact ASIC to request your EDGE password to be reset. Once ASIC have reset the password on their end, follow How to update an expired password in HandiRegister.
