Error: 'EDGE error- D04 (CEG file system problem)'

The error message 'EDGE error- D04 (CEG file system problem)' may display when trying to do a lodgment or make a connection in HandiRegister.

You can use the EDGESECD for your lodgment's until ASIC has resolved the error.

  1. Log into HandiRegister then select Options, then EDGE Setup.

  2. Change the DTOM setting from .EDGEPRIM to .EDGESECD or back to .EDGEPRIM if it is already set to .EDGESECD.

  3. Select Apply then click Ok.

4. Repeat your lodgment attempt.

5. When you have completed your lodgments, change your DTOM back to the .EDGEPRIM as this is the Primary mailbox.
