If a user cannot see the Workpaper documents within a clients' Document Manager folder, follow these steps for the affected user:
Log in to HandiLedger and Select your entity.
Go to Workpapers, then click Workpapers.
Click the Document button, then one of the available options to open the Document Manager.
In Document Manager, go to Options, General.
Press Defaults, then press Ok.
Have fellow staff also complete these steps if required.
