HandiLedger Workpapers allows you to prepopulate the staff Initials for the prepared by and reviewed by fields.
Go to Workpapers, Workpaper Settings.
In the Workpaper Settings window, insert the Staff Initials in the applicable Prepared by and / or reviewed by fields and click Apply to all Workpapers.
Click OK to proceed.
Click Save and Close.
Note: To clear an Initial, leave the field blank and follow the same process.
