Encountering foreign characters in your HandiLedger reports typically suggests that the language and region settings on your computer may need reviewing.
Log out of HandiLedger.
On your computer, locate the search bar and type Settings and select Settings from the search results.
On the left side of the settings window, click Time & Language and then click on Language & Region.
Click on Administrative language settings.
Click Change system locale. If you need administrative privileges to access this feature, contact your IT professional.
Change the current system locale to English (Australia) and click OK.
Log in to HandiLedger, Select your entity, then preview the same report again.
