HandiLedger provides you with a set of standard financial reports based on the Entity Type and Sub Type you have selected. The composition of the set of reports is based on whether the Entity is a reporting entity, audited or unaudited and in the case of companies, whether it is considered a large or small company. The selections are made in the Entity Details window.
Log in to HandiLedger.
Highlight your entity and click Edit.
Select the required type and sub type and then tick your preferred report types under the Report Types section.
The Reports can now be run using either the Complete report option or each separately, from the Financials menu as normal.
NOTE: It is important to be aware that the Small Prop Company options plays a key role in determining the reports that are produced.
If your company sub type is Association, the Small Prop Company option must not be selected.
Composition of the set of reports
The composition of the reports is based on your selections, which can be seen in the Master Preferred Reports window.
In HandiLedger, From the Reports menu, click Preferred Reports.
In the Master Preferred Reports window, you can see the different report set ups in the top section, and the set of reports associated with the highlighted Set Up in the bottom half. You can learn more about adding and re-ordering reports here.
