HandiTax - EFT account details exist from rollover in HandiTax

To resolve the EFT account details exist from rollover error, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to HandiTax and Select the tax return.

  2. Double-click on the Cover Page.

  3. Tab through each item in the Electronic funds transfer (EFT) section.

  4. If details need updating, manually input the details into these fields:

    1. BSB number.

    2. Account number.

    3. Account name.

  5. Click Save and click Errors again.
