To resolve the EFT account details exist from rollover error, follow the steps below:
Log in to HandiTax and Select the tax return.
Double-click on the Cover Page.
Tab through each item in the Electronic funds transfer (EFT) section.
If details need updating, manually input the details into these fields:
BSB number.
Account number.
Account name.
Click Save and click Errors again.
