If a Corrupted quarantine file error occurs in an amended tax return, complete the following:
Close the amended return.
Click Edit on the client to open the Client's Tax Form Details window of the original return and mark the return as Ready to Lodge.
Remove the Lodged and Notice Rec'd dates.
Untick Transmitted, Save and Close.
Select the original return, click Errors, and resolve any errors.
Close the return and re-enter the details removed.
Select the amended return, and the Corrupted quarantine error should be resolved.
