HandiLedger - Statement of Changes in Equity report in HandiLedger

To produce a Statement of Changes in Equity report, changes must first be entered for the prior and current year for retained profits: reserves and issued and paid-up capital.

  1. Log in to HandiLedger and Select the Entity.

  2. Click Entity, Edit, tick Reporting Entity, the click Save.

  3. From the Input menu, click the report, Statement of Changes in Equity, click either Current Year or Prior Year.

  4. Click the Retained Earnings tab to enter details for retained profits.

  5. Click the Reserves tab to enter the applicable changes for the year.

  6. Click the Issue & Paid Up Capital tab to enter the changes for both the adoption and pre-adoption year.

Note: The tabs under Retained Profits, Reserves, and Issue & Paid Up Capital have to be set up before the values can be entered.
