When requesting the Income Tax Client Report, Activity Statement Client Report or Activity Statement Lodgment Report, the below error may occur.
This is because the reports can only be requested by Practice once per day.
If any other user requests the report by Practice then no other users will be able to request the same full report on the same day.

You can request as many reports by Filter as you would like, however are limited to only one Practice report per day.

If you have requested the report but not received it yet, go to ATO Reports, Retrieve Outstanding Reports and Retrieve anything here.
