HandiLedger - Email BankFeed transactions to your client for review in HandiLedger

When BankFeeds have been imported and descriptions are unknown, you can easily email a list of transactions to your client for review.

  1. Log in to HandiLedger and Select the Entity.

  2. Go to Banking, BankFeeds, Bank Accounts, Transactions.

  3. In the BankFeed Transactions screen, tag the required transactions.

  4. Once all transactions have been tagged, click on Email.

  5. A new email will open with a list of all the tagged transactions, including the Date, Text (as listed on the BankFeed), Debit or Credit and a column requesting the Details of Transaction.

  6. Enter the required email address with any further information and send.

  7. Once the client has responded with the details of the transaction, you can manually update the transactions by returning to the Banking, BankFeeds, Bank Accounts, Transactions window.
